Choose the right link sharing option

The typical sales scenario is best handled with the Unique Link sharing option. Below is an overview of all available sharing methods:

For sales

Unique link

  • Use case: One-to-one sales outreach
  • Start from a template to create a customized Destination for an individual customer
  • Generate the link, then copy and paste it into your preferred channel (e.g., a follow-up email)

Email

  • Use case: Sales follow-up or small-scale marketing campaigns
  • Sends an email directly from the platform using a branded email template that contains the Destination link
  • Requires creating the branded template first
  • Ideal for quick sendout or when sending individual Destinations to a slightly larger audience (e.g., webinar follow-up, event follow-up)

For marketing

Lead generation link

  • Use case: Capturing new leads via social media ads or trade shows (QR codes)
  • Generic link where the first content asset can be accessed immediately
  • To view additional content, visitors must enter their contact details—this creates an individual Destination
  • Best for audiences whose contact details you don’t have yet
  • Distribution: Depends on the medium (e.g., social media ads, QR codes at events)

Dynamic link

  • Use case: Personalized email campaigns (cold outreach or to an existing database)
  • Link includes dynamic placeholders (e.g., name, email) and is sent via a mailing tool to a contact list
  • When each recipient clicks the link, an individual Destination is automatically created
  • Distribution: Mailing tools such as Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp
