Working with Destinations

When working with Destinations (= deal rooms) these are the ground principles:

  • Each lead, deal or customer gets an individual Destination
  • Start from a template (learn here how to create one)
  • Only share content, that is relevant for the customer at this point:

  • Customize the Destination to the customer (learn here how)
  • Add further content later, when information needs change or further stakeholders are invited to the Destination
  • The best point in the buying journey to start is after the 1st meeting (sweet spot):
