Pipedrive

The capabilities of the emlen-Pipedrive integration are:

• Sync contacts, leads and companies (one-way or two-way)
• Sync emlen activity events from emlen to the contact or lead page in your CRM

In order to setup your Pipedrive integration, go to the "Integrations" page and select "Connect" and navigate through the confirmation process. On the "Configure this integration" page you have these options:

Synchronization method

• Sync contacts from Pipedrive to emlen only -> One-way sync of contacts from Pipedrive to emlen
• Sync contacts from emlen to Pipedrive only -> One-way sync of contacts from emlen to Pipedrive
• Two-way sync -> sync contacts on both ways (from Pipedrive to emlen and from emlen to Pipedrive)
• Do not sync -> No sync of contacts in either way

Delete contacts from Pipedrive when deleted from emlen?

This setting only works if you enable sync from emlen to Pipedrive. If you select "Yes", a deleted contact in emlen will also be deleted in Pipedrive.

Also sync emlen contact activity to Pipedrive?

If enabled, emlen will sync engagement activities on contact level to Pipedrive.

Also sync emlen destination slug to your Pipedrive deals?

If enabled, emlen will sync the Destination slug (Destination ID) to the linked Pipedrive deal.
